To glowing reviews the Takács and Angie Milliken toured Australia for Musica Viva in August 2025 with this moving new work about forced displacement. Created by Australian composer Cathy Milliken - born in Brisbane and based in Berlin - this work is inspired by the Bertolt Brecht’s poetry, written during his time in America as he grappled with memories of a life left behind.
